HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Blessing BUDDHA uses industry-standard privacy protection; we don’t sell, lease, or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What’s more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline in our privately run secure data enter.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
Average shipping times*:
We take a little longer to ship the product. Because:
- All our products are made by hand. So it takes longer than a machine to make them.
- We make the product on your order.
- It takes up to 1-2 days to make a product.
- Product drying and polishing takes 1-2 days.
- Covid19 related precautions: After preparing the product completely, we pack it and keep it with us for 1 to 2 days (according to WHO, the virus of COVID19 is within 1 to 3 days without being exposed to anyone. Loses influence.
So it may take up to 1 week for your product to be fully fixed.

After this process, it takes usually 1-2 weeks to deliver in our local areas, 2-4 weeks everywhere in the world.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON’T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the tracking system. In some cases, tracking information won’t load in a timely manner. This is often the case with our USPS global shipping partners. If your order has a tracking number but has not updated, please rest assured that you will be taken care of. It is our responsibility to take good care of our customers and we take that responsibility very seriously.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
We never charge for shipping. It is 100% free
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:
– Quick checkout process.
– Easily view your order status and order history.
– Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions.
WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send you a couple of emails (or text messages if you decided to check out with your phone number only), including an order confirmation, and a shipping notice with a tracking number.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it for you.
WHAT IF I TYPED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order. Send us an email at email@example.com and we will fix it for you. (WITHIN 24 HRS)
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.

We are based in the United States. To expedite delivery times, our products are stored in multiple fulfilment centres around the world.
I AM HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE, DO YOU TAKE PHONE ORDERS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the phone. You can try placing your order on a different device or browser. If you are still experiencing problems, we are happy to speak with you and assist with troubleshooting orders.
